When we create a new email address or change an existing password, we will *provide a **random password which should be written down and put in a safe place. We recommend that you change the password to something you will not forget by following the instructions here. If you receive an error when changing your password, please begin live chat support (if we are available) or submit a ticket and we will assist you.
In the event you change the password and forget it, we will issue another random one.
